Organic Quinoa and Bean Blend (Water, Organic White Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa, Organic Black Beans), Mango, Tomatoes, Corn, Olive Oil, Lime Juice from Concentrate, Poblano Peppers, Cilantro, Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
In the microwave
GENTLY MASSAGE PACKAGE TO BREAK APART FROZEN CONTENTS.

1. Place unopened bag in microwave. DO NOT PIERCE BAG.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
3. Serve and ENJOY!
Microwave cooking times may vary. Caution: Product will be hot.

In a skillet
GENTLY MASSAGE PACKAGE TO BREAK APART FROZEN CONTENTS.

1. Heat nonstick skillet over HIGH heat for 1 minute.
2. Add 2 tbsp. of water and product to skillet.
3. Stir. Cover. Reduce to MEDIUM heat.
4. Cook 5 minutes. STIR occasionally.
5. Serve and ENJOY!
