Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
  • 1 Cup Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Bag Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 3/4 Cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Plum Tomato, diced
  • 1 Small Avocado
  • Lime Wedges (Optional)

instructions

  1. Fill lettuce leaf with 1/2 cup of Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend, diced chicken, cheese, tomato and avocado.
  2. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and your favorite dressing.
  3. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
