Southwest Sweet Potato Chowder &



  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) of Path of Life Southwest Mango Quinoa blend, cooked according to package instructions, divided
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed Sweet Potato, divided
  • 3 cups Plant Milk of choice, such as Almond
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. Lime Juice
  • Optional: Salt to taste



Chef’s Tip: Butternut squash can be used in place of sweet potato. For a Caribbean flair, top with chopped peanuts and green onion. Dairy milk can be used in place of plant milk.

  1. Combine ½ cup of Path of Life (10 oz.) Southwest Mango Quinoa blend, 1 ½ cups sweet potato, plant milk and cumin in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in remaining Path of Life (10 oz.) Southwest Mango Quinoa blend and sweet potato; cook, stirring, 4 minutes or until hot. Stir in lime juice.
  2. Divide among bowls and serve with optional toppings, as desired.
