COOKING IS SIMPLE!
- 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Deep Roots Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
- 1 1⁄3 Cup Prepared Hummus (Any Flavor)
- 4 10-in. Tortilla Wraps
- 1 4-in. Piece Seedless Cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
- ½ Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- Place one tortilla on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds.
- Place tortilla on a cutting board. Spread hummus on tortilla, then top with Deep Roots Quinoa Blend, cucumber, red pepper and basil leaves.
- Fold over sides of tortilla and roll up burrito-style.
- Cut wraps in half and serve.
