Quick Kung Pao Cauliflower &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Asian Wok Blend, cooked according to package instructions
2 Tsp. Light Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Cauliflower Florets, cut into bite sized pieces
2/3 Cup Kung Pao Sauce
½ Cup Water
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 Cup Sugar Snap Peas
1/3 Cup Roasted Peanuts
Chef’s Tip: buy bagged Cauliflower Florets as a time saver
Heat Oil in skillet over medium-high. Add Cauliflower and sauté 7 minutes or until crisp-tender and beginning to brown. Stir in Kung Pao Sauce, Water, and half of the Green Onions; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in Peas and Peanuts; cook 30 seconds.
Serve with Asian Wok Blend and top with the remaining Green Onions and additional Peanuts, if desired.
