Deep Roots Vegetable Bake &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Deep Roots Quinoa Blend
  • 1 Lb Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • 1 Small Red Onion, wedged
  • 1 Apple, wedged
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Sage, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Salt and Pepper (optional)

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly brush a sheet pan with olive oil.
  2. Combine brussels sprouts, onion, apple, oil, maple syrup, sage and salt and pepper, in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add Deep Roots Quinoa Blend. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture evenly onto sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
