Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Cilantro Lime Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 8 Cups Romaine Lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1 (15.5 oz) Can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • ¼ Cup Pico de Gallo
  • Hot Sauce to taste

Chef’s Tip: If pinto beans aren’t your thing, try black beans or kidney beans with this dish.

  1. Divide the lettuce among 4 bowls. Top evenly with Cilantro Lime Rice Blend, beans, avocado and pico de gallo.
  2. Drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.
