Asian Wok Cashew Salad &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Asian Wok Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 Tsp. Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian Peanut Dressing
  • Crispy Lo Mein or Rice Noodles (optional)

instructions

  1. Combine Asian Wok Quinoa Blend, cabbage, mandarin oranges, cashews and Lo Mein or rice noodles in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Top with your favorite dressing.
