Organic Quinoa (Water, Organic White Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa), Carrots, Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Kale, Onions, Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, Organic Garlic, Salt, Granulated Onion.

Cooking is simple!

KEEP FROZEN – DO NOT THAW. FOR FOOD SAFETY COOK PRODUCT TO 165°F.
In the microwave
GENTLY MASSAGE PACKAGE TO BREAK APART FROZEN CONTENTS.

1. Place unopened bag in microwave. DO NOT PIERCE BAG.
2. Cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
3. Serve and ENJOY!
Microwave cooking times may vary.
Caution: Product will be hot.

In a skillet
GENTLY MASSAGE PACKAGE TO BREAK APART FROZEN CONTENTS.

1. Heat nonstick skillet over HIGH heat for 1 minute.
2. Add 2 tbsp. of water and product to skillet.
3. Stir. Cover. Reduce to MEDIUM heat.
4. Cook 6 minutes. STIR occasionally.
5. Serve and ENJOY!
