Ingredients
2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Deep Roots Quinoa Blend
1 Lb Brussels Sprouts, halved
1 Small Red Onion, wedged
1 Apple, wedged
¼ Cup Fresh Sage, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Optional: Salt and Pepper

instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly brush a sheet pan with olive oil.
Combine brussels sprouts, onion, apple, oil, maple syrup, sage and salt and pepper, in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add Deep Roots Quinoa Blend. Mix well.
Spread mixture evenly onto sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
