Southwest Mango Quesadillas &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 ½ Cups Chihuahua Cheese, shredded
  • 6 (7-in.) Flour or Corn Tortillas

  1. Place two tortillas in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese & Southwest Mango Quinoa.
  2. Cook 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted & tortillas are lightly browned.
  3. Fold over and press with a spatula. Repeat with remaining tortillas, Southwest Mango Quinoa & cheese.
