You’ll Need:

  • 1 Bag of Path of Life Cilantro Lime Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 15.25 oz Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 oz diced Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs, lightly beaten
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper 
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • 4 Gluten-Free Burrito size Tortillas
  • Optional garnish: Salsa or Pico de Gallo

  • 1 cup of hot cooked Vegetarian Crumbles
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
