Ingredients

  • 1 package (5 oz.) of Path of Life Organic Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oatmeal, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tsp. of Chopped Toasted Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp. of Maple Syrup

Chef’s Tip: fast and easy Toasted Walnuts; add Nuts to a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until Nuts become fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Transfer Nuts to a plate and cool completely.

Instructions:

  1. Top hot Oatmeal with Yogurt, Nuts, and Syrup.
