  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Tuscan Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 4 Cups Spinach
  • ΒΌ Cup Parmesan Cheese

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil or water in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add spinach and cook 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine Tuscan Quinoa, spinach and Parmesan.
