Tofu Riced Cauliflower Bowl &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature.
  • 1 Package Tofu
  • ¼ Seedless Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • Optional: Chopped Fresh Cilantro

instructions

  1. Combine cucumber, onion, salt, sugar and vinegar in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat grill over medium high heat. Grill tofu 1-2 minutes per side.
  3. Top (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend with tofu and cucumber salad. Garnish cilantro, if desired.
