Tofu Riced Cauliflower Bowl &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature.
1 Package Tofu
¼ Seedless Cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
¼ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Optional: Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Cookware
instructions
Combine cucumber, onion, salt, sugar and vinegar in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Heat grill over medium high heat. Grill tofu 1-2 minutes per side.
Top (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend with tofu and cucumber salad. Garnish cilantro, if desired.
