Shrimp Fried Cauliflower Rice &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend
  • 16 Uncooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Lime
  • ½ Fresh Cilantro, chopped

instructions

  1. Zest and juice lime. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  3. Add (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend to skillet. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Stir in zest, juice and cilantro.

Serves: 4
