Shrimp Fried Cauliflower Rice &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
Ingredients
2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend
16 Uncooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Lime
½ Fresh Cilantro, chopped

instructions
Zest and juice lime. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Add (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend to skillet. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in zest, juice and cilantro.
Serves: 4
