1 ½ Lb Chicken Breasts
¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Honey

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place The Original Quinoa & Kale on a plate. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Combine Dijon and honey in a small mixing bowl.
Dip chicken tenderloins into Dijon mixture one at a time. Firmly press tenderloins into The Original Quinoa & Kale. Place chicken onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°F.
