Pistachio-Pomegranate Pilaf &

Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) of Path of Life Saffron Rice Blend, cooked according to package instructions
½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
2 Green Onions, thinkly sliced
¼ cup toasted, chopped Pistachios
1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
1/8 tsp. Salt

Chef’s Tip: Add grilled chicken or tofu for a heartier meal.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss gently to combine. Serve with lemon or orange wedges, if desired.
