Mediterranean Quinoa Lettuce Wraps &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa, cooked according to package instructions
  • 4 Lettuce Cups (Iceberg or Butter Lettuce work best)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 4-in. Piece of Seedless Cucumber, cut into strips
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

  1. Wash and dry lettuce and separate into nice big leaves and place in refrigerator to stay crisp.
  2. In each leaf, add 2 oz. of Mediterranean Quinoa Blend. Add a couple of pepper and cucumber sticks.
  3. Squeeze a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!
