Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions.
  • 10 each Shrimp, uncooked
  • 1/3 Cup Pesto, prepared

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in pesto.
  3. Top Mediterranean Quinoa Blend with pesto shrimp and serve.
