Mediterranean Pesto Shrimp Bowl &

Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions.
10 each Shrimp, uncooked
1⁄3 Cup Pesto, prepared

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in pesto.
Top Mediterranean Quinoa Blend with pesto shrimp and serve.
