Egg Roll Bowl &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend, cooked according to package instructions
4 Green Onions
1 14oz Bag Coleslaw Mix
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Thinly slice the green onions, keeping the white and green parts separate.
Heat sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the white parts of the onions and coleslaw mix; saute 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce. Remove from heat and stir in (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend.
Divide cauliflower mixture among 4 bowls or plates. Top evenly with reserved green onions and peanuts. Serve with Sriracha, or your favorite hot sauce, and lime wedges.
