  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature.
  • ½ Cup Salami
  • ½ Cup Red Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Green Olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian Dressing

  1. Combine Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, salami, red peppers, olives and dressing in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
