1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature.
½ Cup Salami
½ Cup Red Pepper
¼ Cup Green Olives
2 Tbsp. Italian Dressing
Cookware
instructions
Combine Mediterranean Quinoa Blend, salami, red peppers, olives and dressing in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
