Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life The Original Quinoa & Kale, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 Cups Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, cut into thin 2” strips
  • 1 Cup Jicama, diced
  • 1 Large Avocado, cubed
  • ¼ Cup Oil and Vinegar Dressing

  1. Combine the Quinoa & Kale and cabbage; divide among 4 bowls. Top evenly with bell pepper and jicama.
  2. Toss cubed avocado with oil and vinegar dressing. Divide evenly among bowls. Serve with additional dressing on the side.
