Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life The Original Quinoa & Kale, cooked according to package instructions
2 Cups Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Orange Bell Pepper, cut into thin 2” strips
1 Cup Jicama, diced
1 Large Avocado, cubed
¼ Cup Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Combine the The Original Quinoa & Kale and cabbage; divide among 4 bowls. Top evenly with bell pepper and jicama.
Toss cubed avocado with oil and vinegar dressing. Divide evenly among bowls. Serve with additional dressing on the side.
Serves: 5 ½ cups
