Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Tuscan Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions
4 Cups Spinach
ΒΌ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Heat 2 tbsp of oil or water in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add spinach and cook 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Drain and set aside.
Combine Tuscan Quinoa Blend, spinach and Parmesan.
