Cauliflower Rice with Ham & Pineapple &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 Piece (8 oz) Smoked Deli Ham
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, diced
  • Optional: Green Onions, chopped

Cookware

instructions

  1. Heat a large (12in.) skillet over medium high heat. Add ham and cook 2-3 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend and pineapple. Cover and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until heated through; stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions before serving, if desired.
