Eligibility: The Path of Life 10k giveaway is open to anyone who is 18+ years
of age, a United States resident and has a valid email address.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the giveaway, you indicate your full and unconditional
agreement to sharing your first name, last name, email address and zip code. Winning the giveaway
prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
Entry Period: 10/5/2021 – 10/6/2021
How to Enter: At the beginning of the entry period, you may enter the giveaway by filling out the
giveaway form, following @pathoflifebrand on Instagram, and liking the
giveaway Instagram post.
Drawing: After the entry period on 10/6/2021, Path of Life will select 1
potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. We will contact the winner via DM, we will
NOT request any credit card information or create a page for you to follow in regards to winning the
prize.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners and Prize: Path of Life will attempt to notify
potential winner within one (1) day of the drawing on Instagram by a DM. If a potential winner does not
respond within seven (7) business days after the notice is sent, Path of Life will select an alternate
potential winner in their place at random from all remaining entries received. Only one (1) alternate
potential winner may be contacted. The gift card must be to a retailer in a 10-mile radius from your zip code.
Prize: One (1) lucky winner will receive a $100 gift card to your local Path of Life retailer and a variety pack of our frozen rice, quinoa & oatmeal blends.
