With the addition of homemade tangy honey mustard (no dipping sauce required), these crispy chicken tenders are a satisfying and wholesome take on a comfort food classic.   • Start by preheating your oven to 450°F. 
  • Place Quinoa & Kale on a plate. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. 
  • Combine Dijon and honey in a small mixing bowl.
  • Dip chicken tenderloins into Dijon mixture one at a time.
  • Firmly press tenderloins into quinoa.  Place chicken onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 165°F.
