Teriyaki Chicken with Riced Cauliflower &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (not so fried) Riced Cauliflower Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 4 (6 oz.) Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 Canned Pineapple Rings

Chef’s Tip: For more flavor, marinade the chicken with teriyaki sauce in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Glaze chicken with teriyaki sauce and top with pineapple rings.
  2. Bake 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165°F.
  3. Cook Riced Cauliflower Blend and serve with chicken.
