Goodness of Greens Stir-fry &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
Ingredients
1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Ancient Grains & Seed Blend, cooked according to package instructions
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Broccoli Florets
2 Cups Snow Peas, halved crosswise
½ Cup Stir-fry Sauce
¼ Cup Water
2 Cups Baby Spinach
Sesame Seeds, optional

Chef’s Tip: Try substituting your favorite green veggies such as asparagus, sugar snap peas, or kale.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; stir-fry 4 minutes.
Add snow peas; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add stir fry sauce and water; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in spinach.
Add Ancient Grains & Seed Blend to skillet and stir to combine.
Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
Serves: 4
