Goodness of Greens Stir-fry &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Ancient Grains & Seed Blend, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Cups Snow Peas, halved crosswise
  • ½ Cup Stir-fry Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • Sesame Seeds, optional

Chef’s Tip: Try substituting your favorite green veggies such as asparagus, sugar snap peas, or kale.

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; stir-fry 4 minutes.
  2. Add snow peas; stir-fry 1 minute.
  3. Add stir fry sauce and water; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in spinach.
  4. Add Ancient Grains & Seed Blend to skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
