- Combine orange juice and cranberries in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Cook Deep Roots Quinoa Blend according to package directions. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir in cranberries, juice, orange zest, pistachios and sage. Serve warm.
