Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Deep Roots Quinoa Blend
  • 1 Orange, zested and juiced
  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Shelled Pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tsp Fresh Sage, chopped

Chef’s Tip: Have a nut allergy? Try swapping out roasted pumpkin seeds for the pistachios.

  1. Combine orange juice and cranberries in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Cook Deep Roots Blend according to package directions. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in cranberries, juice, orange zest, pistachios and sage. Serve warm.
