Gluten-Free Stuffing &
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
Ingredients
2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Deep Roots Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions.
1 Orange, zested and juiced
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
½ Cup Shelled Pistachios, coarsely chopped
2 Tsp. Fresh Sage, chopped

Chef’s Tip: Have a nut allergy? Try swapping out roasted pumpkin seeds for the pistachios.
Combine orange juice and cranberries in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Cook Deep Roots Quinoa Blend according to package directions. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
Stir in cranberries, juice, orange zest, pistachios and sage. Serve warm.
