Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Millet (Water, Millet), Cooked Red Quinoa (Quinoa, Water), Cooked Buckwheat (Buckwheat, Water), Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (Pumpkin Seed Kernels, Sunflower Oil, Salt), Olive Oil, Sea Salt
1. Place unopened bag in microwave. DO NOT PIERCE BAG.
2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
3. Serve and ENJOY!
Microwave cooking times may vary. Caution: Product will be hot.
1. Heat nonstick skillet over HIGH heat for 1 minute.
2. Add 2 tbsp. of water and product to skillet.
3. Stir. Cover. Reduce to MEDIUM heat.
4. Cook 4 minutes. STIR occasionally.
